Lemon fizz drink
First juice the lemon.
Put the lemon juice, mineral or soda water, ice cubes, apple juice concentrate into a blender.
Chop up half the squeezed lemon skin and add to the blended mix.
Blend thoroughly.
Strain the mixture through a sieve and into a tall glass.
Add the mint to decorate.
It is now ready to serve.
