Goa’s engineers will now get global job opportunities through Remunance Services Pvt Ltd, an Indian Employer of Record (EOR) provider that is expanding operations in the State. The company will support the hiring plans of its client, Network Building + Consulting (NB+C), a US-based infrastructure and engineering solutions firm.
EORs help foreign companies recruit in India, place employees on their payroll, and provide skilled staff for overseas projects. NB+C President Conlon McCarthy, on his first visit to India, said Goa was chosen for its untapped talent pool, growing infrastructure, and good links to metros like Mumbai and Bengaluru. “Goa’s airport and time zone alignment with the US make round-the-clock operations possible, improving project delivery,” he said.
NB+C’s Vice President of Engineering, Krupakaran Kolandaivelu, will head the Goa unit. “Seventy per cent of our engineers are from Goa College of Engineering and 30 per cent from Don Bosco College of Engineering. They will work in coordination with US teams,” he said. Kolandaivelu has returned to India after 27 years in the US.
Founded in 1984, NB+C works in wireless, utilities, fibre, EV charging, and construction services. Partnering with Remunance allows it to focus on core operations while Remunance manages compliance and workforce needs in India.
“Over the past three years, we have supported 85 overseas clients with staff in India. Currently, we are hiring 12 civil and structural engineers and one multidisciplinary project coordinator,” said Remunance Director Vaibhavi Vaidya. She added that fresh graduates with BE or BTech degrees and one to three years of experience will have growth opportunities.
Remunance, with over 650 employees across India, plans to scale its Goa workforce by 40–50% in a year, strengthening Goa’s role as a hub for engineering talent.
