Wockhardt Hospitals Ltd, Goa, recently opened its Medical Centre at 1st floor, Meera’s Pride, Gogol, Margao, in order to cater to the growing demand of quality healthcare from people of South Goa, a press release issued here stated.
The inaugural was done at the hands of Dr Sabyasachi Mukhopadhyay (Sr Cardiologist “ Wockhardt Hospitals, Goa) and Ms Vijaya Rani Durairaj (Head - group quality- Wockhardt Hospitals Ltd) and Vinod Sawantwadkar, Centre Head- Wockhardt Hospitals, Goa.
Wockhardt Hospitals, Goa Medical Centre at Margao will offer daily blood sample collection services from 7.30am to 9.30am. Doctor consultation facility will be available throughout the day with visit of Super Speciality consultation in the evening as per the schedule, states the press release.
Speaking on the occasion of the launch, Vinod Sawantwadkar, Centre Head- Wockhardt Hospitals, Goa, stated, “This initiative of the hospital was taken in consideration to provide quality healthcare to the doorstep for the people of South Goa and facilities provided at clinic will also benefit the residents of in and around Gogal, Margao. The medical centre will be supported by cardiac emergency, on-call ambulance and visit of Super Speciality consultation on daily basis as per the OPD schedule," the press release adds.
