MARGAO: A forensic team visited an eye clinic in Margao on Wednesday after burglars reportedly broke into the establishment on Tuesday night and escaped with cash. The clinic is located along a busy road in the city, just a few metres from the Margao Police Station. According to sources, the burglars gained entry by breaking the locks on the shutter. The forensic team examined the premises and searched for fingerprints and other evidence as part of the investigation. However, Margao police said that no formal complaint had been lodged in connection with the incident.
