Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be in Belagavi to address an election campaign rally in Bailhongal taluka on Wednesday.
He will be campaigning for BJP candidates of eight assembly constituencies of Belagavi Loksabha segment.
Speaking at a news conference here, BJP convenor M B Jirali said Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a massive campaign meet of BJP candidates of eight assembly seats of Belagavi parliamentary segment in the programme to be held at Bailwad cross in Bailhongal town on Wednesday at 3 pm.
“Efforts are being made to organise the campaign meetings of Union Home Minister Amit Shah at Chikkodi and Yogi Aditynath at Sankeshwar on May 7,” Jirali said.

VASCOMormugao Municipal Council (MMC) Chairperson Leo Rodrigues on Tuesday said the council will begin pre-monsoon works across all wards.
