MARGAO: The South Goa Sessions Court has cancelled the bail granted to an accused charged in an attempt to murder case after the victim girl complained of threats issued by the accused. Sessions Judge Irshad Agha ordered the cancellation of bail for violating the terms and conditions of the bail. The Judge further ordered that the accused be taken into custody and remanded to judicial custody. However, the Judge said the application for the release of the accused can be considered only after recording the evidence of the victim girl and three other witnesses. The victim had complained that the accused had come to the shop with one rod and tried to assault her and also tried to catch hold of her neck and further abused her and her mother with filthy words.
