Two more cholera cases found at Cutbona fishing jetty

Two more cholera cases have been reported on Wednesday, both from the Cutbona fishing jetty, taking the total number of cholera cases reported so far at Cutbona and Mobor to 220.

State Epidemiologist Dr Utkarsh Betodkar informed that the two new cases reported on Wednesday have come from Cutbona jetty.

He pointed out that five of the affected workers are undergoing treatment at the South Goa district Hospital, while seven workers are convalescing in private hospitals.
