Advocate Aires Rodrigues has now claimed that the 'Silly Soul Cafe and Bar' run by Union Minister Smriti Irani's teenage daughter in Assagao is illegal as the same has been built without obtaining any construction licence. He has also claimed that the said restaurant has been constructed by the same builder who has constructed the alleged illegal bungalow of BJP leader Shaina in the heritage site at Old Goa. Adv Rodrigues after filling a complaint before the Director of Panchayats (DOP) has now urged the department to direct the panchayat to seal the entire illegal structure immediately, take necessary steps as per law to demolish the illegal construction and prosecute the persons involved in this blatant illegal activity. But will the ruling BJP government in the state allow the said department to really act in the above mentioned matter? I therefore strongly feel that today it doesn't matter if you're Silly or Billy in Goa. If you're a BJP supporter then one can definitely run an illegal restaurant in any part of Goa and serve not just pork but even beef chilly fry.
