AAP leader Satyender Jain who is in Tihar jail has been getting special treatment for last few days. As per video clips the minister is getting massage from the staff of jail and also given special care in the jail. Once an accused is in jail for civil crime or non civil crime one becomes a prisoner and not VIP. As per article 14 of Indian Constitution all should be treated equally irrespective of cast, creed, religion, etc. The minister is also given fruits and vegetables from canteen so that his health is intact. Health should be given priority to the prisoners as they undergo mental trauma in jail. And the treatment should be given to all the prisoners, not in only one case. All the imprisoned are not guilty until and unless it is proven by law which takes its own time. The Centre should take cognisance of such treatment by jail staff and take action. India is known for equality and justice for the citizens and giving equal treatment to all is the duty of every central department.
