Majoritarian might becomes right by dodging all laws

The other day, 26/11/2022 we celebrated 73 yrs of the writing of the Constitution by Babasaheb  Ambedkar and others  in 26/11/1949  which was  solemnly  uneventful. The Judiciary is largely passive and relies on twisting devious laws to uphold their version of delivering justice to all eager citizens . The terror attacks of Mumbai  were executed on the same day 15 years ago. Every loophole in defection laws,  which could be taken advantage of has been taken and successfully executed with all chicanery and malicious intent. The anti-defection law is the foremost to be  viciously trampled upon with impunity and overwhelming disregard of the Constitution. The only bright light at end of the tunnel is the Portuguese Civil Code which alleviates repressive regression , by rendering true justice, even to this present day. Legislators are motivated by appropriating wealth and power instead of relying on the efficacy of the laws. Elected governments are subtly overthrown by transgressions, overriding the given written laws. Majoritarian might becomes right by dodging laws which were once sacred in the environs of parliament, assemblies and all other democratic institutions of the nation.
