PAN-Aadhaar linking is contempt of SC

The linking of the Aadhaar and the PAN cards is in contempt of the Supreme Court verdict that states that the Aadhaar is not mandatory to link with the PAN card which is meant for financial transactions.

It should be stressed here that the Aadhaar card contains sensitive and secret bio-metrics which is not to be shared by any of the government institutions.

The Rs 1,000 fine which is imposed is unnecessary since the Income Tax Department is not performing any favours for the violators.

Complete work around Chandor flyover bridge

Thanks to the BJP government who has done a good job along with Railway authorities to complete the work and open the road flyover bridge to public at Chandor.  The inauguration of the flyover bridge is done and opened for the traffic but some work is pending as the safety barrier and the walls on both the side of the bridge are not painted yet which is putting the lives of the innocent public at risk. There are electricity poles on the bridge but not on the both sides…
