Fraud and scams are going in the Excise Department as some employees are corrupt. The illegal liquor business is going all over Goa and the department shows that they are doing their duties but the raided seized liquor bottles are disappeared from the office room because of the ghosts in the department. They sell all the raided seized liquor bottles in black and the office doesn’t have any record.
What an idea to take government salary and also sell the seized liquor bottles, money from both the side’s. There are so many racket’s going on in Goa at various wholesale location but the government has failed to take action. Even the duplicate Cashew feni bottles are sold to tourists. As long as the pockets of department officers’ and staff are full, there is no chance to raid or stop the illegal business. Shame on the Excise Department and the Goa government for letting this take place.
