The Goa government has several initiatives to provide government services at the doorstep of citizens, called 'Sarkar Tumchya Dari". Now , come to doorstep to make E- KYC of ration cards within 15 days. This initiative aims to make government services and facilities available to citizens, at homes and to reduce bureaucratic procedures. Now "Gramin Mitra" scheme aims to provide government services at the doorsteps of citizens, and to promote digital empowerment in rural areas. Government must send appointed 'gramin mitras' to public houses for E-KYC purpose in all sectors. First of all make E-KYC of all ration cards at doorstep, as it is important card of livelihood of almost all residents. Some fair price shops are lacking network connectivity and therefore e - KYC of beneficiaries cannot be done. So government should fulfill the scheme "government at your doorstep ". The Goa government also has other schemes, including: Self Employment Scheme: Provides financial support to individuals and associations . Atal Asra Yojana: Provides financial assistance to individuals from Scheduled Tribes communities for house construction, re-construction, and repairs. Question is who will do E- KYC of beneficiaries?
