One video that proved Goa still cares

A video clip taken by an activist of a homeless man, Bab Louis Fernandes, singing at the Panaji fish market changed everything. After 30 years, at the age of 74, Louis’s family and relatives came from far away to take him home after seeing the video.

This act showed that humanity brings true happiness and is a blessing. The video taken by the activist made a big difference and touched the hearts of many people around the world.

Louis was well known in the Panaji fish market, where he sold fish and lived happily among the fisherfolk. They all loved him deeply, and his talent for singing Konkani songs made him a hero and a star of Goa today.

The activist saw him as a father figure, and now Louis wants to stay with her, like a father with his daughter. May God bless Louis Fernandes and keep him safe, healthy and strong.
