Sound pollution in Colva needs to be addressed

I appreciate the High Court pressurising the errant Goa Pollution Board and Goa police to address the massive sound pollution menace in North Goa; particularly at Anjuna.  Can I request the honorable court also to please help address the same urgently at Colva village , where select business establishments are regularly playing very loud music at least till 12 AM or more! Regular complaints  by select citizens to the concerned authorities have gone on deaf ears.

However, as a disclaimer on the general issue of sound after 10 pm, I  have a view that traditional Goan activities including weddings should be allowed at least till 11 pm and the Goa government should look at suitable legislation for the same. The main issue now is the traditional Goan activities are mostly monitored to strictly stop by 10 pm but the authorities including Goa Police turn a blind eye to select businesses establishments ! If the reason for the latter allowance is not corruption or political influence then what is it?
