The facts in the double murder of the two children at Orda-Candolim was detailed and investigations uncover that the murder was pre-planned by the father and his intention was to murder his two children. Finally it was alleged that the father has murdered his two children and hanged himself to death leaving no evidence to investigate the case. The precise question of investigation remains unanswered about the CCTV camera in the room which would have captured the scene of the killing but was switched off. The case should be kept open to investigate whose hand switched off the camera.
