This is with reference to the report, "Shinde falls in line, decks clear for BJP CM in Maharashtra - The Goan Everyday - November 28, 2024". This issue of Eknath Shinde lobbying for the chief ministership all seems kind of a drama. The expected seems to have happened, Shinde has buckled down, the issue of CM has been settled. Shinde knows only too well that he is in no position to rock the boat with the number of MLAs he has with his party. He has no importance in this coalition now. Could we now have some semblance of governance in the state which houses the commercial capital of the country? It's time to tackle the economic situation and rising prices in the state.
