Why only Curlies, demolish Old Goa illegal structure

The authorities, meaning the Government of Goa as well as the courts have not given the Curlies shack in Anjuna enough notice to prove why the structure should not be razed as is usually the case in matters pertaining to the law. Sufficient notice should have been given why the illegal structure should not be demolished, to find enough reason to demolish it.

In contrast, the courts and the Goa Government have still not demolished the illegal structure at Old Goa even after the Central Government has clearly stated that the structure is illegal and thus should have been demolished by now since the structure is not permitted in the heritage area. Why this double standard while determining and conducting adherence to the law without discrimination?

The Goa Government, the Centre and the Panchayat seem to be deliberately colluding with the illegal owners of the Old Goa structure only because they are BJP bigwigs. If the Government does not follow one yardstick, the people should not support them and should oppose tooth and nail government collusion and partisanship.
