Is not Modi’s 'Mann Ki Baat' a political speech?

CM Pramod Sawant while speaking at a function on Tuesday has said that 'PM Modi's monthly radio broadcast 'Mann Ki Baat' is not a political speech, but a platform for public interaction and is a programme through which the Prime Minister directly interacts with the people of the country. Modi is perhaps the first Prime Minister of the country who is still seen not taking any questions from genuine reporters and refusing to hold a single press conference even after 12 years.
