Known for its aroma of spices, the Kolhapuri cuisine, is a hot favourite in Goa and to satiate the taste buds of foodies, Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia is organising Kolhapuri Food Festival - MH-09 for the people of Goa.
The festival will bring the authentic flavours of Kolhapur to Goa with a perfect blend of spices and tantalizing aromas, which will have the ability to transport you away into a different world.
Executive chef Jerson Fernandes recently visited Kolhapur to learn more not just about the flavors and textures but also about the local traditions, customs and culture along with master chef Dev Kasalkar from Kolhapur who would be spear heading this festival from November 16-23 from 12.30-3 pm and 7.30-10.30 pm.
