Even as political circles within the Congress and outside are trying to figure out who’s who in the reconstituted Congress panels, one name that has figured in at least three panels is that of senior Congress leader M K Sheikh. Sheikh, who had unsuccessfully contested the 2012 Assembly election, now heads the Congress Disciplinary Action Committee as its Chairman. That’s not all. Sheikh is the lone leader appointed as senior party vice-president and is also a part of the Congress Political Affairs panel. Any questions?
