The President and executive committee members of GFA condoled the death of ex GFA exco member and match commissioner Romeo Pires from Fatrade-Varca. He passed away on Thursday and was a state class referee and in charge of the referees appointment. Pires was also involved in the development of young referees.His passing away will be a big loss to the referees community.
Meanwhile, Goa Pro League,Third Division League play-off and age group tournament has been postponed on account of sad demise of Romeo Pires, former referee and mach commissioner.
