Anshuman Agarwal and Prutha Parrikar emerged as the men's and women's singles champions at 4th Dr Filipe Pinto Memorial All Goa Major Ranking table tennis tournament organised by Kabir Pinto Makhija in association with Clube Vasco da Gama at the club premises.
Rohan Khaunte, Minister for Tourism and Information Technology, was the chief guest and Harshvardhan Bhatkuly, editor of Business Goa magazine, was the guest of honour for the function.
Results (Finals): Girls U-13 - Pradnya Caro beat Ruchi Kirtani 3-0, Boys U-13 - Rishan Shaikh beat Atharva Dhulapkar 3-0, Girls U-15 - Ruchi Kirtani beat Riya Gopi 3-0, Boys U-15 - Aaron Farias beat Kaushal Naik 3-2, Girls U-19 - Samaira Soares beat Anushri Naik 3-2, Boys U-19 - Anshuman Agarwal beat Aaron Farias 3-0, Women - Prutha Parrikar beat Anushri Naik 3-1, Men - Anshuman Agarwal was declared winner as his opponent G Arvind Kumar did not report for the finals.
