V Dempo Higher Secondary School (HSS) Arts, Science, and Commerce, Cujira emerged victorious in the zonal Tennikoit championship, defeating Government HSS Khandola with a commanding 2-0 scoreline.
In the semifinals, V Dempo HSS showcased their prowess by overcoming People HSS, Panaji with a 2-0 win. Government HSS Khandola advanced to the final after a closely contested 2-1 victory against Don Bosco HSS.
The triumphant V Dempo HSS team was composed of Arfaaz, Santosh, Utkarsh, Shaurya, and Gautam, who collectively demonstrated exceptional skill and teamwork throughout the tournament. Their performance in the final cemented their position as the top team in the zonal competition.
The team played under the guidance of Chetan Kavlekar, the Dempo HSS PE teacher.
