Benfica Youth Club staged a comeback to secure a 3-1 victory over United Club of Bogmalo in the Mormugao Zone of the GFA Second Division league, at Cansaulim ground, on Saturday. Benfica, adopting a classic 4-3-3 formation, initially dominated possession. However, it was United Club of Bogmalo who struck first, with Ajay Patel finding the net in the second minute. Asten Fernandes equalised for Benfica in the 36th minute. The second half saw Benfica Youth Club's determined defence holding firm. In the 70th minute, Mukhtair Shaikh regained the lead for Benfica. Chrisival Joseph sealed the victory with a goal in injury time (90+5).
