Government HS Kerim trounced St Xaviers 10-0 in the Nehru Junior Girls Hockey tournament organised by Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs at Peddem Sports Complex. Mayusha scored 7 goals, Saloni scored 2 and Gautami scored 1.
In the evening matches, Government HS Morlem got a walkover as Rosary HSS Navelim didn’t report. In the last match, St Anthony’s HS Duler beat Perpetual Succor Convent HS Navelim 6-0.
Amisha, Saloni, Jiya, Varsha, Rasika and Sneha scored a goal each.
