4 two-wheelers stolen at Tisk-Usgao in 1 month

Four two-wheelers have been stolen at Tisk-Usgao in the past one month. One unidentified person was captured in the CCTV footage while stealing two two-wheelers near Pilaye Primary Health Centre. The incidents of stealing two-wheelers have increased after a brief pause of incidents of stealing ATM machines. Four two-wheelers have been stolen in the past month but only one of the owners have lodged a complaint in the Ponda police station.

Mahanand Naik appears before Old Goa PS

OLD GOAThe dreaded accused Mahanand Naik, who has been released on 21-days parole, appeared before the Old Goa police station as directed by the Superintendent, Central Jail, Colvale. According to Old Goa police, Naik has been directed to report to the police station every alternate day till his parole period gets over. The police further informed that Naik is residing in a Church-run institute in Old Goa where he is working as a carpentry helper within the institution.
