OLD GOA
The dreaded accused Mahanand Naik, who has been released on 21-days parole, appeared before the Old Goa police station as directed by the Superintendent, Central Jail, Colvale. According to Old Goa police, Naik has been directed to report to the police station every alternate day till his parole period gets over. The police further informed that Naik is residing in a Church-run institute in Old Goa where he is working as a carpentry helper within the institution.
