Colva Police Station staff using technical surveillance traced and nabbed accused person Sadhan alias Rahul Chanda son of Harendra Nath Chanda, age 34 years, a resident of Dicarpale. He was nabbed from Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh and brought to Goa in connection with the offence of kidnapping a minor daughter of the complainant and sexual abuse. The entire operation was led under the supervision of SP South Abhishek Dhania and SDPO Margao Santosh Desai, PI Colva PS Therron D'costa.
