The Lions Club of Canacona along with Leo Club of Canacona on the occasion of World Diabetes Day organised a campaign with the distribution of pamphlets and a blood sugar detection camp held for around 50 persons along with the Lions and Leo members. Lion Dr Vilas Pawaskar further checked the patients and gave a talk on diabetes to the members of the clubs. The Diabetes Day was supported by Lion Dr Vilas Pawaskar at his clinic at Maxem Canacona with Region Chairperson Lion Vividh Pawaskar and Zone Chairperson Lion Adrian along with members from Lions Club and Leo Club of Canacona.
