Goa Postal Division of Department of Posts released a special cancellation on ‘The Constitution Day’ with Dr N Vinodkumar, Postmaster General for the Goa Region as chief guest wherein the introductory address was given by Dr Sudhir G Jakhere, senior superintendent of Post Offices at the Post Administrative Building in Panaji. At the occasion, Dr Ramesh Kumar, president of Goa Philately and Numismatic Society, received two medals for two of his exhibits on Antarctica and Cochin Postal History.
