PANAJI: Our Lady of Gloria SC Raia blanked St Anthony Colva 3-0 to move to the all Goa inter-village Lourdes festival football tournament, organised by United Club of Utorda, in association with Sports Authority of Goa, at SAG ground, Utorda.
The first half saw both teams playing mostly in the midfield. Raia squandered an opportunity when the free-kick was awarded just outside the penalty area but shot over.
The score at lemon time was 0-0.
Post-resumption, Raia changed the strategy and went aggressive. Raia scored from the spot through the boots of Joswell. Thereafter, Raia accelerated the engine and netted two brilliant goals through Garison to make it 3-0. Raia will now meet Guirdolim Club.
