PANAJISiddharth Savkur has been appointed as the CEO at Kamaxi Group, which includes Kamaxi College of Culinary Arts, Kamaxi Overseas Consultants, Kamaxi Skills and FIERCE Kitchens. Savkur, an alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management, Bengaluru has held positions at Alila Hotels and Resorts, Hyatt and Radisson and also served as a hospitality consultant. Kamaxi College of Culinary Arts offers a three-year degree programme in Culinary Management approved by Goa University, as well as short-term job-oriented courses. Admissions have begun for the next batch slated to commence in July 2022. Kamaxi Overseas Consultants supports the manpower needs of international cruise, hotel and restaurant clients. Kamaxi Skills aims to create a network of culinary skill centres across India. FIERCE Kitchens is the first incubator dedicated to foodpreneurs with a business idea in the F&B space, in collaboration with the Atal Incubation Centre at Goa Institute of Management (GIM).
