PANAJISunaparanta Goa Centre for the Arts will organise Time, Space, Memory: decoding contemporary video, an exhibition that brings together the voices of five artists using the moving image as a point of departure and a tool for aesthetic inquiry. Produced by patrons Dipti & Dattaraj V Salgaocar, the show examines how the language of video is used today. Through a series of projects by Divesh Gadekar, Srinivas Mangipudi, Enit MarÃa, Dhiraj Pednekar and Afrah Shafiq, it explores the media’s expansive nature and extensions into fiction, popular culture, storytelling while also integrating photography, animation, painting, drawing, sound and digital media. It investigates its new provocations in both subject and form. The exhibition will be held from June 21 to September 17 from 10 am to 7 pm.
