Bhavtarang, a collection of short stories written by noted writer Dr Ulhas Nachinolkar was released recently at Institute Menezes Braganza, Panaji.
The event was chaired by N Shivdas and was released by Prasad Lolyekar, Director of Art and Culture department.
The book has been published by Sufala Gaitonde of Rudra Publication.
