A delegation of the Goa Mining People’s Front met Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Friday with a demand to start mining operations this season and for a total solution on mining in the State.
After listening to the delegation, Sawant sought for some time to deliberate in the matter and said he would convene a meeting next week following the return of the chief secretary.
