Panaji: The government plans to introduce a new bill that will mandate the registration of personal bouncers, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant announced on Tuesday. Speaking in the house, CM Sawant highlighted the lack of recognition for bouncers and stressed the need for their proper registration.
