He has been directed to report to the Economic Offences Cell (EOC) for the purpose of investigations twice a week, on Tuesday and Friday, in the morning session till the filing of the supplementary chargesheet.

Raikar was arrested by EOC on April 22 earlier this year after registering an offence on April 15 upon receiving over 500 complaints from investors alleging that Raikar duped them of over Rs 55 crore through post-dated cheques in an illegal fixed deposit scheme.
