One arrested for outraging modesty

Agassaim police arrested a man from Goa Velha on charges of outraging modesty of a woman.

According to Agassaim police, a woman from Goa Velha complained that the accused, Constancio Nunes, abused her and outraged her modesty at Goa Velha on July 4.

The accused has been arrested and police is investigating the case.
