Goa’s popular brand Royal Foods on Wednesday launched a new range of masalas in the local market.
Managing Director, Miriam Group of Companies, Mario Valadares launched the masalas in the presence of Chef Rohan Parish and General Manager, Shivnath Sawant on Wednesday.
Addressing the media, Mario said the company has been involved in the poultry business since 1961 and is the single largest producer of processed poultry meat, eggs in the State.
“The company has received the ISO Certified 22000: 2018, and has been offering fresh, hygienic and good quality chicken, eggs and a wide range product of cold meats, frozen gravies, pizzas, bakery products etc,” he said.
He added: “It's our endeavour, always we would like to pamper our customers with the very best.. constantly improvising, introducing new products, embracing change to keep up with changing times.”
The new range of masalas includes Biryani Masala, Butter Chicken Masala, Chettinad Masala, Tandoori Masala, Chicken 65 Masala, Recheado Masala, Cafreal Masala, Vindaloo Masala and Xacuti Masala. “Our motive behind launching masalas is to make cooking easy for the novice cook, busy career women, dedicated mothers and for anyone and everyone who wants to rein in the kitchen,” he said.
With Royal Foods having as many as 33 outlets across the state, Mario said the masalas will be available for sale at the outlets, besides selling to hotels and institutions. “For the moment, we will sell the masalas at outlets and for the institutions," he added.
Chef Rohan said the range of masalas have been prepared under strict quality control to suit the tastes of the customers.
