Russian arrested with drugs in Mandrem

In an action by Goa Police against drugs, the Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) sleuths arrested a 42-year-old Russian national Konstantin Marzli for alleged possession of 29 gms of suspected hydroponic weed, worth Rs 1.16 lakh and 500 gms of suspected Ganja valued at Rs 50,000.

The Russian, temporarily residing in Pernem, was caught red-handed in the raid at Mandrem during the wee hours on Aug 14-15.
