The deputy sarpanch of Sancoale panchayat, Rosalina Moniz, was on Wednesday voted out of office through a no-confidence motion. Sarpanch Ramakant Borkar, panchas -- Narayan G Naik, Shilpa Naik, Asha Naik, Govind Lamani, Shivanand Bingui and Anita Modaliar voted in favour of the no-confidence motion. Junior Engineer of Mormugao BDO Nicholas Quadros was the observer at the meeting.
