The famous Shirgao Zatra came to a ceremonious end with the culmination of the Kalsotsav on Sunday night.
The Kalsotsav ended when the Kalash of Goddess Lairai entered into the temple late Sunday night, marking the end of the Shirgao Zatra.
Several thousands of devotees from different parts of Goa and other states participated in the Kalsotsav to seek the blessings from Goddess Lairai. During the Kalsotsav, blessings are given to every person in the form of flowers.
