Talk on Anand's music in filmsPANAJI: Samraat Club Panaji and Rotary club of Panaji, in association with Saraswati Mandir Panaji will organise Sangeet Sambhashan an interactive talk on 'Music in Vijay Anand's films' by Mahesh Rao, a researcher on music in Hindi films, from 5.30 pm to 7 pm on July 28, at Fomento hall, 3rd floor, Saraswati Mandir, Panaji.

Vijay Anand, also known as Goldie Anand, was an Indian filmmaker, producer, screen writer, editor, and actor, who is known for acclaimed films like Guide (1965), Johny Mera Naam (1970), Jewel Thief (1967), Teesri Manzil (1966), Kala Bazar (1960), Ram Balram, Rajput, Tere Mere Sapne (1971). His films are known for their music and song picturisation.
