Tribal community seminar organised

BICHOLIM: Sakhali MLA Dr Pramod Sawant has called upon the members of tribal community to produce their required documents to the State government authorities to avail benefits of different social welfare schemes.

He was speaking during a day-long seminar of tribal community organised by the Directorate of Tribal Welfare in association with Sai Life Care Kothambi at Falwada-Kudnem, Bicholim.

Tribal Welfare Co-operative Society Pale branch chairman Pradeep Gawade, Gopal Surlakar, Sanjay Surlakar and Santosh Malik were present on the occasion.

Pradeep Gawade gave information on different schemes launched by the State government for the welfare of the tribal community.

Earlier, Pradeep Gawade inaugurated the seminar, while Anil Parab proposed the vote of thanks.
