Mahilas from Curtorim Constituency along with tribal Ghumat Naaz group staged a kite programme welcoming G20 in India & Goa which is hosting eight programmes of G20 delegates.
Dr Sneha Bhagwat and Anthony Barbosa arranged the programme at Heritage Rachol Arch. Both Anthony Barbosa and Dr Sneha Bhagwat thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for selecting Goa for conducting eight programmes of G20. Barbosa also lauded the efforts of CM Pramod Sawant in bringing the G20 summit to Goa.
Dr Bhagwat said ladies from all over Goa are welcoming the G20 summit. “This is like an international summit for financial stability, environment changes, greenhouse gas emissions and sustainable development. These are some of the issues that will be solved by the G20 summit under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi,” she said.
“The motto for the G20 Summit 2023 is One Earth, One Family, One Future. This is one of the famous mottos in India. The motto is derived from the Sanskrit text Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. The world is one family,” she added.
