Conduct cleanliness drives on daily basis

Our ruling politicians, government officials and some people were seen taking part in the so-called 'cleanliness-drive' as part of the nationwide "Swachhata Hi Seva" campaign on the eve of Gandhi Jayanti and indulging in their usual half an hour photo session drama across Goa just to please the Modi government at the centre.  Why can't our ruling Goan politicians conduct such cleanliness drives for half an hour every day if they really intend to make Goa (along with the other Indian states) into permanent super clean states of India?  I think that our hypocritical ruling Goan politicians should learn to clean up their own mind-sets first and then go to advise people to take part in such half an hour exercises on the eve of Gandhi Jayanti and October 2 every year in the name of carrying out cleanliness drives and making everyone to have photo-sessions or selfies across Goa.
