New Zuari Bridge should not throw up snarls in future

A 5-hour traffic snarl on the new Zuari bridge was a nightmare for those caught up in that jam. Some had to miss flights some missed precious hospital admissions and appointments. The pain and misery will only be felt by the ones stranded and not by others. The concerned authorities should have been  more proactive. It's a matter of losing jobs for NRIs or losing one's life for those who were on life support. Nothing could be more disastrous than for these affected  and for all citizens alike.  Due to stress related health problems like heart attacks, strokes, high blood pressure could have become acute. If the works were not completed, then why open it for the traveling public? Hope the works on the bridge are completed in all respects and God forbid there won't be any more traffic snarls.
