It is sad and hurting to see that the original Goans names are getting changed by unknown person who is the tourist from outside the state of Goa or someone comes to settle down in Goa. The sad part is to see recently that unknown person given wrong information to Google where the famous Goa's Miramar beach turned to 'bigdi balam' beach which affects the world wide tourist entering Goa and searching for location through Google maps . In Chandor too, the Guddi Chandor road is shown as SH8 which was cancelled and changed from state highway to Major district road (MDR) through Chandor to the new road which is connected through flyover bridge and it's a shortcut to go from Chandor to Margao city but on Google maps it's still shows long route instead of new direction. We request the Google maps site incharge/ office to take the fresh survey of Goan villages and cities and do the updates as soon as possible. Requesting government of Goa, PWD department and minister to change the old sign boards to new one showing the new directions from Chandor-Margao and Curchorem.
