The Margao Municipal Garden and its boundary wall seem to have become the favourite hangout of loiterers, vagrants and beggars. At any given time of the day and night you would find them infesting the lawns or sleeping or sitting on the boundary wall outside.
In the evenings you also see drunkards, gamblers and other anti-social elements ruling the roost. This has been a long-standing problem. Can the government do something about it? Perhaps modifying the design of the flat top of the peripheral wall will help.
